Crispy Thank You Cards

Try this new spin on Rice Crispy Squares.

• 1/4 cup (1 ml) butter
• 1 250 package marshmallows
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) vanilla
• 6 cups (1500 ml) Rice Crispy Cereal
• food colouring
• cookie cutters

Melt butter and marshmallows in a pot, add vanilla. Fold in Rice Crispy cereal, with drops of food colouring the make the desired colour of your choice. Transfer onto a cookie sheet and with the cookie cutter make shapes in the Rice Crispy pan. Set aside and decorate with each name of your guests. What a delicious way to say thank-you!
